Nutritional therapy is an innovative and interdisciplinary science based on the holistic approach of the human body.
Relying on the innate intelligence of our body, nutritional therapy gives us the opportunity to find our individual path toward ourselves via a nutrient-dense, balanced whole foods diet.
Our health depends on the whole, nutrient-dense food as well as movement, mental attitude, emotional state and stress.
Nutritional therapy is based on the 5 foundations of health – digestion, blood sugar, mineral and essential fatty acid balance and hydration. Nutritional therapy aims at finding the balance between these 5. A balance which is accomplished through filling in the deficiencies, removing the negative stressors from the environment and building on the foundations of our health and wellbeing.
Nutritional therapy changed my life and inspired me to help other people get to know the incredible intelligence of our bodies. I got certified as a Nutritional Therapy Consultant by the Nutritional Therapy Association (NTA) which follows the principles of the bioindividualitity and the foundations of health. In my practice I abide by the individual approach toward every client, their history, needs and aspirations.
In the context of my education I find myself in the following services:
* Private consultations for determining the individual imbalances and needs. The consultation includes an initial conversation about the individual background and current lifestyle, assessment of a food diary, results from a symptom-based elaborate questionnaire and designing an individual nutritional protocol agreed upon the client. * Seminars, trainings, educational articles on the topics of holistic and healthy living. I love spreading the knowledge which I carry and continue to gather. I would love to contribute to your event, issue or project which supports the idea of healthy and intentional living.
* Developing a balanced and wholesome menus for individual clients, restaurants, brands and events. Elaborating creative, delicious and good-natured recipes is a huge passion of mine. I believe in seasonal and local eating, well-balanced nutritious food and optimum quality of produce.
